Christina E Stai

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California and Iowa, and I am a registered out of state Telehealth provider in Florida. I provide individual therapy for children, teenagers, and young adults, and psychological/neuropsychological/diagnostic testing for all ages. I primarily specialize in the area of neurodivergence, and I also have extensive experience in areas of abuse/trauma, foster care/adoption, disordered eating, and anxiety disorders. I have worked in several settings including psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, schools, community mental health, and in private practice. I was trained in a systems-based approach, which emphasizes learning about others within their different systems (family, friends, school, work, faith, etc.). I work systemically by establishing collaborative relationships with parents, family, schools, medical doctors, psychiatrists, and any other part of a client’s “team” that is deemed to be appropriate. I promise to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you. My goal is to help you grow from your experiences, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. My focus is to provide the tools to help overcome life's challenges, and to walk alongside you in your journey toward health and wellness.
