Allia Brickman

Hi, I'm the co-director of, and Certified Gottman Couples Therapist at a virtual private group practice- Alpha Psychotherapy Center. As the co-director and supervisor at my private practice, I over-see and work hands-on with new therapists and interns as well as work with couples and individuals of all ages, races, and sexual orientations. I work with couples dealing with issues such as communication, trust, intimacy, and many other external factors that can influence our lives and thus a relationship. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I specialize in anxiety management, as well as depression, self-esteem, relationships, and more. With couples I utilize my extensive training Gottman training, using research-backed approaches, techniques, and exercises. With individuals I use a combination Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, Client Centered Therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and a variety of other techniques applicable to the client(s) at hand. As a Certified Hypnotherapist I also offer guided hypnosis for many of the issues mentioned above.
