I am a consultant psychiatrist with experience across both rural and urban healthcare settings. My core training is in general adult psychiatry, and I have a special interest in women’s mental health, perinatal psychiatry, and substance use. I believe in a warm, person-centred approach—one that looks beyond symptoms to understand each individual’s story, culture, and lived experience. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where healing feels collaborative and empowering.
