Prof. Lina Gatsou is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Hon. Professor in Child and Family Mental Health with over two decades of clinical and leadership experience. Her expertise spans complex developmental, emotional, and family mental health presentations, with a strong psychotherapeutic and systemic orientation. She integrates psychodynamic understanding with holistic, evidence-based psychiatry, promoting recovery, resilience, and relational wellbeing across the lifespan. Prof. Gatsou has held senior roles in the NHS and private sector, combining clinical excellence with teaching, research, and service innovation in integrative mental health care.
