Dr Muhammed Umer

I hold an MBBS degree (2005) and am a Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (FCPS) in Psychiatry (2015), certified by CPSP. I have served for 20 years in the Pakistan Army as a consultant psychiatrist. I completed online training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, USA. My training and qualifications have equipped me with strong expertise in diagnosing and managing psychiatric conditions, including mood, anxiety, and trauma‑related disorders. I integrate evidence‑based pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches with cultural sensitivity, making me well suited to serve English‑speaking communities in China. I have extensive experience working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with psychologists, social workers, and medical specialists. In addition, I have mentored junior doctors and promoted mental health awareness, ensuring accessible and compassionate care.
