I am an MBBS physician with over 5 years of clinical experience and a strong interest in Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, and Emotional Well-being. My experience includes psychiatric assessment, patient counseling, psychoeducation, outpatient and inpatient care, and supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. To further expand my expertise, I completed advanced training in Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Health through a Harvard Medical School educational program, enhancing my understanding of the unique psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents. I believe in providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve better overall mental well-being.
