I am an MBBS physician with over 5 years of clinical experience and a strong interest in Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, and Emotional Well-being. My experience includes psychiatric assessment, patient counseling, psychoeducation, outpatient and inpatient care, and supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I completed advanced training in Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Health through a Harvard Medical School educational program, enhancing my understanding of the unique psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents. Additionally, I have completed Psychological First Aid training from Johns Hopkins University, further enhancing my ability to provide evidence based mental health support.
