I am a registered Psychiatrist with an MBBS and MD in Psychiatry and have over one year of experience working as a Consultant Psychiatrist. My clinical experience includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions across different age groups. I have a special interest in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress-related disorders, sleep disorders, and substance use disorders. I believe in providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centred care tailored to each individual's needs. My approach is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where patients can openly discuss their concerns. I work collaboratively with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mental well-being and overall quality of life. I am fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, which helps me connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to support individuals in their journey toward recovery, resilience, and better mental health.
