I am a Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, including extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. I completed my specialist training in Psychiatry in Spain and have worked continuously in clinical practice since completing my residency in 2011. Throughout my career, I have developed particular expertise in anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, adjustment disorders, stress-related conditions, and addiction-related problems.
