Niharika meena

I am Dr. Niharika Meena, a psychiatrist. I completed my MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, followed by my MD in Psychiatry from IHBAS, Delhi. After completing my postgraduate training, I worked as a Senior Resident at HBT Medical College and Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital, Mumbai, where I gained experience in managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions. My areas of special interest are **de-addiction and mother-and-child mental health**. I am particularly passionate about providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care, while creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my patients and their families.
