I am a psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential, and patient-centred mental healthcare. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, sleep difficulties, relationship and family concerns, academic and workplace stress, behavioural problems, de-addiction, and mental health concerns across different stages of life. I believe that mental health care should be approachable, non-judgmental, and tailored to each individual. My goal is to create a safe space where people feel heard, understood, and supported while working towards better emotional well-being and a healthier, more fulfilling life. My approach is centred on empathy, evidence-based care, and treating every person with dignity and respect.
