MantraCare Profile Description I’m Dr. Ashutosh Singh, a Consultant Psychiatrist with an MD in Psychiatry and clinical experience in assessment and management of a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, sleep difficulties, and emotional challenges. My approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and non-judgmental, with a strong focus on understanding the individual behind the symptoms. I believe effective mental healthcare begins with creating a safe space where people can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. Alongside my clinical psychiatry experience, I have also worked in clinical research and clinical trials, which has strengthened my commitment to scientifically grounded and ethical patient care.
