I am a psychiatrist with a strong interest in understanding mental health through a compassionate, patient-centred and evidence-based approach. My clinical experience includes working with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, substance-use disorders, sleep problems, stress-related conditions, and child and adolescent mental health concerns. Through my experience in busy hospital and outpatient settings, I have had the opportunity to assess and manage patients with diverse psychiatric presentations, from common emotional and behavioural difficulties to complex and severe mental illnesses. I am particularly interested in understanding each person beyond their diagnosis—their individual
