I am passionate about mental health, counselling, and helping individuals improve their emotional well-being. I am eager to gain practical knowledge in therapy observation, psychological assessment, case documentation, and evidence-based approaches such as CBT and REBT under professional supervision. I possess good communication skills in Telugu and English, basic MS Office skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
