I am Nalleli Garrido, a dedicated and compassionate mental health provider with over seven years of experience. I have worked in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community health. My main goal is to help bridge mental health gaps, especially within underserved communities. I am fluent in Spanish and focus on patient-centered care to ensure the highest satisfaction. I have worked with individuals from ages 4 to 85, diagnosing mental health disorders, formulating treatment plans, and prescribing psychotropic regimens. With experience in psychiatric emergencies and interdisciplinary collaboration, I have honed my critical thinking skills to provide optimal care. I am passionate about crafting comprehensive care plans and exploring alternative treatments like biofeedback, Esketamine and TMS. As a lifelong learner, I stay current with best practices to offer culturally inclusive care to all my patients. I enjoy sewing, making furniture, camping, and traveling. I own three dogs named Nimbus (after the Dragon Ball flying Nimbus), Stormy, and Ray (of sunshine). I also love cats and nature!
