Started my career at El Rakawy mental hospital followed by El Abassia Mental and Behman Psychiatric Hospital. Founder of Towards functional families which provides multiple programmes to different family members with the aim to provide healthy parenting and marriage. Starting 2009 till present running mother’s groups; which facilitated the growth and development of a team of moms currently leading the training of different other moms. • Providing lectures and customized workshops for different organization and NGO as UNWOMEN ,UNFPA NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR WOMEN Lecturing school teachers and parents in different french and english in Cairo. Among my main achievements: • Launching her first parental program in 2011, inspired by the huge need she faced with mothers challenged with how to parent properly and best deal with the different phases of their children’s lives. The program was called “انا ام وعايزة اتعلم”, which in English means “I am a mom and I crave learning”. • Launching another YouTube program called "أمومة سكول" ”, which in English means “Mothering school”: a set of episodes answering some of the mother questions and presenting few simple ideas in very little time. • Delivered parenting course all over egypt Cairo ,Alexandria ,Sohag Ismalia,Fayoom Menia ... and Dubai. • Currently leading a counseling school in Cairo at El Hayat organization: providing counseling training with the aim of preparing the attendees to become counselors themselves, course duration is for around 1.5 years. Together with Peer supervision to counsellors . Since 2001 and till now, she has been working with children Teens and their parents in her private clinic through sessions . •Dealing with moms and family as a whole having anger management problems, marital problems, divorced or widowed each having her own challenges. • Working with moms through their own psychological baggage; the faulty parenting hey have been exposed to • How to build their mother hood and how to control their anger • Dealing with couples with marital conflicts or for premarital counselling. I do believe so much in change development, discovery and liberation of our inner child which makes a total difference in people lives . I do follow a lot ,the humanistic school together with CBT as a way of recreating our own inner healthy empathic parent which in my experience lead to so much healing and development in the people I worked with .
